-Partynsuch will not be responsible in any mishaps or accidents due to negligence by any party concern

-Partynsuch will not liable for delay beyond its control i.e breakdown,accidents,traffic jam and etc

-Delivery charges-free within Putra Heights,Subang Jaya,Sunway.Other areas will be charged accordingly

-All orders must be booked and confirmed within 2 weeks before the party date with 50% deposit payment and balance pay during party setup

-Deposit is non -refundable if order is cancelled within 1 week of party date
